- cooking oil
- 2 cups / 500 mL
- Prestige™ Ultra Liquid Whole Egg, well shaken
- 1 tbsp / 500 mL
- butter or margarine
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- In a medium mixing bowl whisk together eggs, salt and pepper.
- Melt butter or margarine over medium heat in a large skillet; pour in egg mixture. Cook, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge.
- Gently move spatula across bottom and sides of the skillet to scramble. Continue cooking until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist. Remove from heat.
- Serve with multigrain toast and sliced tomatoes.
