Ingredients
- 12 Burnbrae Farms™ Hard Boiled Eggs
- Burnbrae Farms™ Hard Boiled Eggs
- ¼ cup / 50 mL Mayonnaise
- Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup / 50 mL Dijon mustard
- Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp / 5 mL White vinegar
- White vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, place in bowl and mash with fork.
- Stir in ¼ cup each Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and refill whites with yolk mixture; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tips
- To garnish, top with capers, chives or parsley.
