Ingredients

Burnbrae Farms™ Hard Boiled Eggs
¼ cup / 50 mL
Mayonnaise
¼ cup / 50 mL
Dijon mustard
1 tsp / 5 mL
White vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, place in bowl and mash with fork.
  2. Stir in ¼ cup each Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well and refill whites with yolk mixture; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips

  • To garnish, top with capers, chives or parsley.
