Directions
- Arrange quinoa in a serving bowl; top with black beans, avocado, peppers, corn and Hot Sauce eggs. Drizzle with salsa and garnish with green onion and Cheddar cheese.
Tips
- Replace the Cheddar cheese with crumbled feta cheese.
