Ingredients

Potatoes, cooked and cubed

Red Pepper, diced

Green Onion, chopped

Celery stalk, chopped

Burnbrae™ Hard-Cooked Eggs, chopped
½ cup / 125 mL
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp / 15 mL
Red wine vinegar
1 tsp / 5 mL
Sugar
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine potatoes, red pepper, onion, celery and chopped eggs.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss with potato mix.
